Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the product you receive is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or faulty
- Incorrect or different from what you ordered
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at [email protected].
- Items that have been used, altered, or intentionally damaged will not be accepted.
Refund Method
- Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through:
- Product replacement, if the item is available, or
- Cash reimbursement at the time of product return verification.
