Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the product you receive is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective or faulty
  • Incorrect or different from what you ordered

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Items that have been used, altered, or intentionally damaged will not be accepted.

Refund Method

  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through:
    • Product replacement, if the item is available, or
    • Cash reimbursement at the time of product return verification.
